I visited Boston - my favorite city - in January of 2008. The dichotomy of how modern the north end was alongside all the historic aspects was so cool to me. This is one of my favorite pictures.

I started photographing a few years ago just to capture small moments of my life, and people seemed to like my photos so I thought I would give this site a shot! I try to do as little as possible in post-production - most of my photographs have had nothing more done to them other than a black and white or sepia filter. I don't want to take too much away from the purity of a good shot. I figure anyone can use Instagram and create a fun photo, but it takes more to get that shot NOT using the help of built-in devices!
